Registered Provisional Psychologist

Children, teens and Adults

Choosing the right therapist is an important step toward meaningful change. I am a
Registered Provisional Psychologist committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based
care to children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking deeper understanding, healing,
and personal growth.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, emotional
regulation challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My goal is not only to
help alleviate distress but to empower clients with the insight, skills, and resilience
needed to move forward with confidence and clarity.

My therapeutic style is warm, attuned, and highly collaborative. I strive to create a
refined clinical space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.

Within this environment, clients are able to explore vulnerabilities, develop selfawareness, and build practical strategies that support lasting transformation.
I practice from an integrative, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused framework that
recognizes the profound connection between our experiences, relationships, and overall
well-being. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all; I tailor each treatment plan to align with
the client’s unique strengths, goals, and lived experiences.

My work is grounded in well-established, research-supported approaches, including:
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)–informed strategies
• Mindfulness and nervous-system–informed practices
• Solution-Focused Therapy
• Self-compassion approaches
• Play-based and expressive interventions for children and youth
With extensive experience supporting children and families, I understand the importance
of engaging caregivers as partners in the therapeutic process while maintaining a strong
focus on the individual’s emotional needs. I help clients strengthen coping capacity,
enhance emotional regulation, improve interpersonal functioning, and cultivate resilience
that extends beyond the therapy room.
Clients often seek my support during periods of overwhelm, transition, or uncertainty.
Together, we work toward greater psychological flexibility, stronger relationships, and a
more grounded sense of self.
I believe that effective therapy is built upon trust, clinical excellence, and authentic human
connection. Every person deserves care that is compassionate, intentional, and
empowering. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward a healthier,
more fulfilling life.
