What is Depression?

Signs + Symptoms

To be diagnosed, symptoms must be present for at least two weeks.

  • Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed
  • Changes in appetite (weight gain or loss)
  • Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
  • Loss of energy or increased fatigue
