Therapy for Teens, Adults and Couples
I believe every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and rewrite their story, and sometimes all it takes is the right support to begin that process. My passion as a psychologist is to walk alongside people during difficult seasons and help them discover resilience, hope, and new possibilities.
I am a Provisional Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and hold a Master’s degree in Psychology. Alongside my graduate studies, I completed advanced graduate-level courses at Athabasca University in ethics, research methodology, counselling, and assessment, which strengthened my foundation in Canadian clinical practice. I bring experience from both community and private practice, working with individuals from diverse cultural and faith backgrounds.
In my work, I support teens (11+), adults, couples, athletes and families with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, stress, relationship issues, and performance struggles. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, REBT, trauma-informed practice, solution-focused therapy, couples therapy, addictions counselling, Christian counselling, and athlete support—tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Clients describe me as compassionate, approachable, and practical. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel understood and empowered to make lasting change. Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking emotional balance, or working toward personal or relational growth, I am committed to walking with you every step of the way.
